Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following the end of gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card within a year at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of 16 as a teenager. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later and was 17. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the stage in order to complete her university education. In 2015 was a continuation of previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. In 2009, four more fitness titles were added to her list. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) by winning at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took an extended break when she earned her Professional card in order to earn her college diploma. In October of 2015 Ariel made her return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the competition, she finished third. Summer of 2016, she took home her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three month later and came home with 6th place, for the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to be 6th place in the Fitness Division despite having zero expectations. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on a machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. The first step is warming up before progressing to her working sets. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time the best way possible. She does this by super setting all of her back exercises doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 reps. She would do this kind of routine twice per week one day being lighter weight as well as the second days heavy weight.
